Craig Savage, a freshman pitcher at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida is having is great season so far as he leads the D2 powerhouse program with a 1.80 ERA.  In 20 innings pitched, Savage is 3-0 with 10 K's and is holding opposing batters to a .197 batting average.  Savage is a native of Apopka, Florida (Orlando area) and attended Apopka High School where in his senior year he was 8-2 with 63 K's in 56 innings.
