Giles Hired as Performance Trainer

Joshua Giles owner of Pitchharder.com is pleased to announce his partnership with the Delray Beach Lightning. Joshua Giles has been labeled as one of the most sought after in MLB, international and collegiate players. Joshua is an expert in biomechanics and developing power within athletes through his customized patented training formula.

His program is guaranteed to increase throwing velocity, hitting power and running speed.   Joshua believes that a "one size does not fit all" and his training programs are constructed around the individual’s strengths and weaknesses allowing for maximum results.

“I am excited to be a part of the Lightning Organization and plan on revolutionizing the players training potential", said Giles.  “Each player will engage in the greatest workout experience of their lifetime.”

The Lightning pitchers and position players will be thoroughly assessed, logging information for future analysis.  Players will establish a foundation, learning how power is generated, in-depth training on the science of the pitching and hitting motion. They will learn how power is lost through energy leaks and how injuries occur over time due to unnecessary strain on different parts of the body.  Players will also have an in depth video analysis of the pitching and hitting motion, analyzing it for energy leaks.

Players will also benefit by:

-Understanding the art of mobility and how it expands our power potential.

- How to unlock rotational explosion

- Players will be utilizing one of the best portable training devices on the market today. MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL all use this with extreme results. This training turns the athlete into a freak of nature for throwing velocity, hitting power, speed and explosion.

“My main focus is to implement my scientific training formula to develop powerful ground reaction forces that will cause the athlete extreme acceleration in running, power in hitting, and velocity in throwing. Everything you need to be a standout to scouts.”
