Former Assistant General Manager and Co Owner of the Utica Brewers franchise in NY, Farfaglia has experienced the game as a player, scout and general manager at the collegiate and professional levels. In his first year as Assistant GM, Farfaglia was in charge of player transactions and signings of the first year expansion franchise Utica Brewers. Along with longtime former NY Yankees East Coast Scouting Supervisor, Joe Arnold, the pair traveled the country from their home base of Tampa, Florida all the way to California with many stops in between scouting amateur players and offering contracts to play for the NYCBL Utica Brewers. In their first year as part of the NYCBL, the team posted a league and East Division best 43-14 record going on to become 2011 NABF World Series Champions. Farfaglia is also owner of GetMyNameOut.com, a recruiting platform for high school and junior college athletes to gain exposure to colleges and universities nationwide. GetMyNameOut.com hosts the annual “Florida Top Prospects Game” in Tampa, Florida in which top college and MLB draft prospects participate in a 9 inning “All-Star Game” setting. Scouts and college coaches from all over the country travel to Tampa to scout the game and identify future recruits or draft picks.

During his playing career, Farfaglia played at Saratoga Central Catholic High School in Saratoga Springs, NY. He went on to play at nationally ranked Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. Farfaglia also played at Polk State College in Winter Haven, Florida and went on to sign a professional contract with South Lodi in Italy. Farfaglia currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida with his wife Shannon.
